6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts 7 business days. Our return policy requires immediate notification on any damaged or unsatisfied products received within 24 hours. Submit only a picture and video of the incident/problem that may have occurred otherwise the return will be forfeited. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be processed within 14 – 21 business days of receiving the returned item.
