Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds and Returns:
At We Know Hair, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you receive a defective product or a product with a broken seal, you may request a return or refund within 7 working days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Any problems with order please contact service team within 24 hour for after sales assistance – send an email to our customer service team at sales@we-know-hair.co.za within the first 24 of receiving goods – Returns must be dealt within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Return Process:
- Upon receiving your request, we will investigate the issue and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Products returned will be sent to our supplier for further investigation.
- If the product has been used, opened, or partially used, it will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of the outcome and whether you are eligible for a refund or store credit.
